RECEPTION DESK DAY AND NIGHT


Prices of the apartments include: bath and kitchen linen complete equipment with twice a week change bath and kitchen, Iron, hair dryer and one week for bed linen, light; water; gas; heating; elevator; TV Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial (DVB-T); safe; VAT (10%); air conditioner; refrigerator.
Every other service, not explicitly indicated, excluded. Apartments cannot accommodate an higher number of people beyond those indicated by the category of belongings (children included).
On request and until exhaustion, mini camping bed (excluded linen), high chair, mini bath for children, and always on request iron and iron axis.

Outdoor enclosed car parking € 5,00 per day, in garage € 8,00 per day

Reservation: it will be confirmed at the receiving of the deposit (30% of the accommodation price).

Penalty in case of cancellation: cancellation within 15 days from the expected arrival day, total loss
of confirmatory deposit. Cancellation from 16° day from the expected arrival day, it will be kept the 50%
of paid sum (minus shipping expenses of postal order).

Arrival from 3,00 p.m. and departure within 9,00 a.m.
Total payment: it must be paid at the arrival, at the key consignment
(in case of posticipated arrival or departure no refund will be owed).

The guest undertakes to take
care of the apartment and to give it back clean and in order.
In case of damages and / or faults the equivalent amount will be requested.
